Vegan restaurant and take away L'orto di Alice in Collegno (TO) was recently opened, offering a strictly vegan menu. Vegan food is refined and anything but easy to prepare, as the choice of the ingredients is just as important as the preparation. This is one of the reasons the cooks at L’Orto di Alice chose a Kompatto oven for their kitchen, as it is designed to enhance the flavour of the food while preserving its healthy and organoleptic properties. The equipment was installed by KOOK of Turin, Giorik’s local retailer.
