The legendary Malga Fratazza has risen from the ashes following a devastating fire and is back, even more welcoming and characterful than before. Nestled in the heart of San Martino di Castrozza, facing the majestic Pale di San Martino, the breathtaking scenery, fresh mountain air and silence all combine to relax mind and body. With spacious indoor seating and a large outdoor terrace, the chalet is the perfect setting for a leisurely lunch, an après-ski break or an enjoyable dinner with friends and family. The menu celebrates the rich flavours of Trentino with typical local fare such as ‘poina fumada’ (smoked ricotta served with polenta or sprinkled over gnocchi) or ‘Rosada Trentina’ (a light, silky Bavarian cream made with honey).

More gourmet dishes include hand-cut Black Angus tartare with mustard topped with a fried egg yolk, paired with fine Trentino wines.
