Kore designed with technology developed for Steambox Evolution, Giorik’s top-of-the-range ovens. The software on which the oven functions are based is, therefore, the same for both lines. This advanced, but intuitive and user-friendly software reduces the time it takes to configure the cook times and consequently, the organisation times in the kitchen.

To make work easier in kitchens, hundreds of recipes, created by Giorik chefs, have been pre-loaded in the oven’s memory and are available for immediate use. However, all the recipes can be customised and saved according to the preferences of the Kore oven user. The USB port means that thousands of recipes can be quickly and easily imported and exported.

Automatic washing as standard. 4 washing programs available ranging from HARD to rinse only. Exclusive CLOSED CIRCUIT washing which allows you to minimise the quantity of water used with obvious economic and environmental benefits. The closed circuit system can be operated with either liquid or solid (tabs) detergent.
