Padua, in the heart of the Veneto region, has a long tradition of winemaking, producing a variety that ranges from the prestigious DOCs from the Euganean Hills to wines from neighbouring areas. La Moscheta, the historic yet cosy wine bar in Padua, could not be in a better location, sourcing its fine wines from both local small-scale producers and wineries from all four corners of the globe, keeping a keen eye on what’s new and trending in the sector. To complement each of the wines, the owners have put together a first-class culinary offering: an extensive menu featuring traditional Veneto appetizers alongside more elaborate dishes for those wanting a hot meal at lunchtime.

The perfect combination of past, present and future.
These delicious but “quick” offerings, which can be enjoyed with a glass of fine wine, are prepared using our PoP speed oven, designed precisely for this kind of application. The decision to install the oven in the bar area, where guests can enjoy either lunch or a quick snack, has really paid off, taking some of the pressure off the kitchen.
