The RecipeTuner interface makes it possible to easily and intuitively modify and customise the programs. RecipeTuner changes based on the type of cooking implemented and allows you to adjust: the cooking, browning, humidity level and degree of proofing.

The new Rack Control allows different dishes to be cooked simultaneously on different levels. With EasyService, a new function of the Rack Control, you can serve all the dishes at the same time.

Allows the user to minimise time by start their favourite recipes with one touch. The oven allows you to store up to 9 cooking programmes which can be selected from the predefined ones set by Giorik or created ad hoc by entering custom parameters, and can be activated directly from the OneTouch screen with a simple touch.

Two-level steam regulation. To calibrate the right degree of humidity to meet your needs. The choice of two levels of steam allows you to obtain the perfect degree of hydration in the cooking chamber for all types of cooking and food.

All our ovens are standard fitted with a connectivity device that allows the appliance to be recognisable and visible in the Giorik Cloud. This allows information about the oven to be gathered, so equipment errors and parameters can be analysed remotely. Connection to the Cloud also enables the oven software to be updated in real time.
