In order to guarantee the perfect climatic balance in the cooking chamber, Giorik has implemented a unique humidity control system (Meteo System) which, thanks to software that analyses the reference parameters in the chamber, produces the right amount of steam or discharges moisture.

Steambox has a system which adjusts the level of steam hydration, tuning the correct degree of dryness or humidity based on the type of cooking required.

In the “H” version of Steambox two steam production methods co-exist: one generated by the boiler and the other in instant mode. This synergy allows you to get the most out of two individual systems, exceeding their limits. The benefits can be clearly measured in terms of speed, efficiency, energy savings and steam quality.

The RecipeTuner interface makes it possible to easily and intuitively modify and customise the programs. RecipeTuner changes based on the type of cooking implemented and allows you to adjust: the cooking, browning, humidity level and degree of proofing.

The new Rack Control allows different dishes to be cooked simultaneously on different levels. With EasyService, a new function of the Rack Control, you can serve all the dishes at the same time.

All our ovens are standard fitted with a connectivity device that allows the appliance to be recognisable and visible in the Giorik Cloud. This allows information about the oven to be gathered, so equipment errors and parameters can be analysed remotely. Connection to the Cloud also enables the oven software to be updated in real time.
