This year, Giorik will be taking part in the 22nd edition of RISTOREXPO, the renowned HO.RE.Ca fair which has long focused on the defining dynamics of eating out. The event will be held in the strategically located fairgrounds of LARIOFIERE, a multi-purpose venue in the heart of the Lario triangle: 15 km from Como and Lecco, and 40 from Milan. The event is expecting upwards of 20,000 visitors, 80% of whom from HO.RE.Ca. As a result, it is an occasion which will give Giorik the chance to consolidate and expand its business partnerships with catering professionals in the area. Lombardy continues to display a strong entrepreneurial inclination, and eating out still plays a key role in the country’s economy. Lombardy alone is home to 15.4% of all operating bars and restaurants in Italy, generating 17.9% of the business volumes for the entire sector.
