This year too Giorik has played a role as technical partner to Le Festival International de la Gastronomie - Les Etoiles de Mougins (literally The Stars of Mougins), that took place from 19 to 21 September in the hilltop village in the hinterland of the Côte D’Azur, just a few minutes’ drive from Cannes and Nice. It has now become a tradition for Giorik to take an active part in, with its brands in the spotlight at this culinary festival, now in its ninth year. Once again Giorik, in conjunction with Eberhardt, the sponsor of the event, has confirmed the reputation of its products and its status as the ideal partner to provide technical support to the catering world, placing its state-of-the-art technology, capacity for innovation and totally reliable brand at the service of the world’s best chefs.  Godfather of the event is French chef Frederic Anton, of the Pré Catelan, the Parisian restaurant set in a magical location in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne. One of the judges of the French edition of MasterChef, Anton has undoubtedly helped to further raise the level of the competition, dedicated this year exclusively to patisserie, for which precision cooking is imperative. A fact that brings Giorik even greater satisfaction to see its Kompatto ovens and HiLite salamanders chosen to support the work of renowned master chefs, promising youngsters, beginners and junior cooks. Quite a challenge, overcome with success.
