Giorik enters the kitchens of the restaurant at the “Temple of Speed”.
Giorik’s EVOLUTION TOUCH ovens have been picked for the kitchens of the Tribuna Centrale Restaurant, situated beneath the eponymous Grandstand within the legendary Monza Racing Circuit. Universally known as the Temple of Speed, some of the finest pages of car racing history have been written in the national racing circuit between 1922 and the present. Today, the complex offers guests all the finest Hospitality services. The Tribuna Centrale restaurant, whose windows overlook the starting line, is renowned for the high quality of its food and wine, and for the versatile nature of the cuisine served. And Giorik has once again managed to meet all the gastronomic demands of the many and varied spectators that pack out the Grandstand at each event.
