The students at the Professional Training Centre (C.F.P.) of Riva del Garda, a time-honoured Hospitality Institute and the first to open its doors in the province of Trento, will be able to master new knowledge and skills thanks also to Giorik. The modern, well-equipped kitchens of the Institute have been fitted with a top-of-the-range Hi-Touch salamander. During their practical sessions, the future chefs and cooks will be testing the quality of this machine in the field. It features unrivalled speed in reaching the selected temperature thanks to the use of heating elements with an extremely high heat yield, up to 79% more energy savings, less heat dispersion into the environment and, last but not least, a reduction in the time required for cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen was fitted by the Tonini Grandi Impianti company.
