The kitchens of renowned Veronese restaurant "Locanda Colla" have been enhanced by including Giorik’s 6-pan Steambox Evolution in its layout. The restaurant is not far from the charming Abbey of Villanova, an architectural gem built in a Romanesque style in the twelfth century. It is one of the oldest and best-preserved buildings in the area. The venue is well known for its cuisine which is heavily oriented towards its fish specialities. The mouth-watering sea bass in salt, the delicious sliced tuna steak with pistachios and mashed potato and the highly delicate turbot are all worthy of note. All of which is enhanced by the presence of an outstanding wine cellar which numbers around 600 wine labels, both local and international. The many specialities and delicacies are combined with GIORIK quality, to provide the best possible assistance in the kitchen.
