Inglesino is a touch of authentic Italy in the heart of Flanders. For Italian food enthusiasts, the restaurant managed by Michaël Inglesino and Henriette Wijnants is in fact the most genuine available in Bilzen, in the Belgian province of Limburg. Italian ingredients and products are of guaranteed origin: flours, oil, dressings and regional specialities are all skilfully transformed into the dishes that have made Italian cuisine renowned worldwide, from first course pasta, lasagne and traditional pizzas to second course meat and fish dishes. All this passion for Italy has taken tangible form in the kitchens, where the Chefs have opted to use Giorik equipment. Inglesino has in fact chosen the UNIKA hob and Giorik Hi-Touch Salamander to showcase the Italian essence of the recipes on its menu. The fitting was carried out by Elpo Cusinex GHG of Hasselt, Giorik’s area dealer.
