Giorik has confirmed it will be attending the 43rd edition of HOTEL 2019, the trade show dedicated to the high-end hotel and hospitality industry that will be held at the Bolzano fairground from 14 to 17 October. HOTEL 2019 is a premier Ho.Re.Ca exhibition which attracts high-calibre exhibitors, an essential requisite as over 22,000 professionals and buyers are expected to attend the fair that caters to a sector which, in Alto Adige alone, commands mind-boggling figures. In 2018 more than 7.5 million people visited the region, with over 33 million overnight stays. Tourists can choose from more than 10,000 accommodation options, offering more than 220,000 beds in all. And as far as fine dining is concerned, Alto Adige boasts 25 Michelin stars (2019). This trade fair is therefore a strategic opportunity for Giorik to present its latest products to a highly demanding specialist public.
