Giorik has fitted out the top-flight laboratory of the COSE DI MACCHIA farm business set in the heart of the Tuscia, one of Italy’s finest areas when it comes to the art of preparing truffles. The business was in fact established with the aim of showcasing this prized gift from the ground, not just by raising its profile but above all by allowing it to be savoured. A “treasure” like Tuscia truffle called for outstanding kitchen equipment to allow the processed product to express all its qualities. The choice fell to Giorik’s top-of-the-range level H EVOLUTION oven. Giorik also sent a top-flight demonstrator to train up the farm business’s staff on all the features offered by their new equipment: Gambero Rosso award-winner SALVO CRAVERO, one of the finest chefs when it comes to masterful interpretations of Italian cuisine.
