All the wholesome, delicious flavours typical of Sud Tyrol’s cuisine are packed into the dishes served at Bolzano’s PINZONERKELLER restaurant. The menu features mouth-watering meat dishes and vegetables sourced from small-scale local farmers. The dishes are painstakingly prepared in keeping with authentic culinary traditions from the Alto Adige area. The Chefs at Pinzonerkeller have opted for Giorik’s high quality equipment in their kitchens to showcase all the flavour and fragrance of their mountainous territory in their creations. The fitting was carried out by dealer KABU from Bolzano, and includes modular elements from the Unika 900 range, including glass-ceramic cooker hobs, an induction fryer, pasta cooker and the hi-lite salamander. A kitchen tailored to meet the needs of the customer, and one which ensures outstanding results are obtained.
