Giorik has officially made its entrance into the kitchens of the ATRIUM HOTEL, a 4-star resort on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, the westernmost of the three prongs which make up Halkidiki. The other two peninsulas, which together with Kassandra form the characteristic trident of land jutting out from northern Greece into the Aegean Sea, are Sithonia and Mount Athos. Nestled amidst stunning natural surroundings, they still maintain their authentic charm, allowing visitors to relax and soak up the views in all their Hellenic beauty. It is not by chance that the white sandy beaches surrounding these slivers of land have earned them the name of the “Greek Tropics”. The ATRIUM is the perfect hotel in which to enjoy this enchanting area, along with all the culinary delights served in the resort’s restaurants. The food ranges from traditional Greek to the best-known international dishes, all enhanced by the versatility of Giorik’s equipment.
